Privacy.

Last updatedApril 22, 2026

No tracking. No servers. No data collection. Everything stays in your browser — that's the whole policy, and the rest of this page is detail.

01

What the extension accesses.

The extension reads the DOM of calendar.google.com tabs solely to detect the calendar grid layout — column dimensions, day headers, time positions — and render your free-time selection overlay.

No page content, including events, titles, attendees, or any other data on your calendar, is read, transmitted, or stored.

02

What the extension stores, locally, on your device only.

  • Your free-time selections — date, start time, end time.
  • Your display preferences — timezone, 12h/24h time format.
  • The current on/off state of Select Mode.

All of the above is stored via chrome.storage.local and is deleted when you uninstall the extension or clear its storage in Chrome settings.

03

What the extension does not do.

  • Does not use any third-party services.
  • Does not include analytics of any kind.
  • Does not require an account.
  • Does not transmit any data to any server.
  • Does not track you.
  • Does not serve ads.
  • Does not access the Google Calendar API or any Google authentication.
04

Permissions.

  • storage — required to save your selections and preferences locally.
  • host · calendar.google.com — required to inject the selection overlay onto the calendar page.
05

Changes to this policy.

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new Last updated date.

Because the extension does not collect data, policy changes would only ever reflect future features, not retroactive data practices.
